We visit, measure, and send a written fixed quote within 5 working days. It covers everything — materials, permits, labour, VAT.
Planning & permits
We handle the paperwork, order materials, and agree a start date and a written schedule you can actually plan your life around.
Build, with a daily clean-up
Dust sheets, sealed doors, tools packed away at night. A written weekly update every Friday, and a project leader who answers the phone.
Handover & guarantee
You get a walkthrough, the paperwork, and a 10-year written guarantee. Anything we did that fails — we come back free.
The fixed-quote promise
If we quote it, we stick to it.
Hidden extras are how renovation horror stories start. So we deliberately over-specify the quote: if the final invoice is lower, you pay less — but it will never be higher.
